Soymilk, or any other milks made with our machines can be substituted for dairy milk or any other liquid in smoothies. Smoothies come in all types – here are some of our favorites to get you started.

Tropical Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup mango chunks (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks

Blend in a blender and enjoy! Depending on the frozen or fresh fruits used and the power of the blender, liquid can be adjusted to reach smoothie consistency.

Greenut Butter Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • Large handful spinach

Blend up!

The spinach is completely undetectable under the delicious medley of peanut butter, vanilla, and banana. Add in a tablespoon of honey to amp of the sweetness if the banana isn’t enough. A dash of cinnamon and nutmeg (“apple pie” spice or “pumpkin pie” spice) gives it a Snickerdoodle-y flavor, and two tablespoons of cocoa powder provides an antioxidant boost, while creating a tastebud party of chocolate and peanut butter.

Strawbana Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup strawberries

Blend and enjoy! The classic combination of banana and strawberries is sure to not disappoint.
